Michael  Burke joined SVN Affordable as an analyst, bringing with him seven plus years of financial analysis experience in the clinical research and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining SVN, Michael was a Senior Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis department for Medpace, where his contributions to the annual budget, monthly revenue forecast, and financial reporting were integral to an IPO of $174M. Michael also worked as a financial analyst for Perfetti Van Melle, focusing on sales reporting, and providing value add insights to the management team.

While searching for multi-family investment properties during his spare time, Michael discovered his passion for real estate. As a member of the SVN team, Michael is currently responsible for all aspects of the valuation and underwriting process.

Michael is a graduate of Xavier University (Cincinnati, OH), where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration. Prior to that he received a Bachelor in Economics degree from Rollins College (Winter Park, FL). He currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife, and two dogs. In his spare time, Michael enjoys the outdoors, cooking, traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and aspiring to grow his real estate portfolio.
