Nick Toth joined SVN Affordable as an Advisor and brings with him experience in real estate law and residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Nick worked as a partner in the law office of Brigham & Brigham Co. LPA and as the Vice President for Buckeye Land Title Company, where he oversaw all day-to-day operations and was intimately involved in every step of the closing process, guiding thousands of transactions to closing.  During this time he worked closely with local and national lenders to ensure state and federal compliance while delivering a seamless and efficient title and closing process.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation. He is originally from and currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. In his free, time Nick enjoys photography, spending time outdoors, and coaching high school and collegiate volleyball teams.
