Noah Velleca joined SVN Affordable | Levental Realty as an Advisor in 2017.  Noah graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where he studied finance and real estate.  Originally from Melbourne, Florida, Noah has always had a profound interest in real estate.  Throughout high school and college, he worked and interned with various companies involved in investment sales, leasing, and property management.  Post-college, Noah worked for a well-known commercial real estate firm, where he was exposed to a variety of product types, include office, industrial, retail, STNL, sale lease-backs, as well as residential products.  However, his interest in multi-family drew him to SVN Affordable.  As an advisor, Noah is currently responsible for new business development, project valuation and analysis, market research, as well as due diligence coordination and client communication.

While at the University of Cincinnati, Noah also had the opportunity to experience life abroad, while studying in Italy, Spain, and Japan.  He was also an active member of his fraternity and the UC Real Estate Association.  In his free time, Noah enjoys camping, working on motorcycles, and growing his knowledge of real estate.
